Anomaly scan -19.5 weeks
I M currently 19.5 weeks pregnant. When is the best time to do anomaly scan . My last scan indicated slightly decreased water level . Pls advise thanks

TIFA scan or Anomaly scan or Targeted Imaging for fetal Anomalies can be done till 22-24 weeks

Continue iron and calcium supplements Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day for a month Take L-arginine sachet twice a day for a month Take Tablet Astymin Forte twice a day for a month

Sleep in left lateral position for 2 hours at afternoon and 6-8 hours at bedtime Avoid lifting weights and stress Avoid papaya and pineapple Drink lots of water and fruits juice and curd and buttermilk and Lassi
