Nothing to worry at 20week baby is moving and frequently change its position.

Breech at 20 weeks in quite common and not worry some Even liqour seems to fine So don't worry.be relaxed and calm

Depends on the gestational age if it is 28 weeks it is ok And if it is more than 36 weeks you have more chances of cesarean section
