As Ur sternoclavicular joint is dislocated it's causing a lot of muscle imbalance around Ur Right shoulder. First aim is to stabilize the dislocated joint. If it's acute visit a orthopaedic surgeon in the hospital. If it's chronic u can use figure of 8 bandage or shoulder sling. It will be very important for u to do shoulder isometric exercises to maintain the strength of muscles and to avoid atrophy.
Next Steps
Consult a experienced Physiotherapist
Health Tips
If possible sleep on Ur back instead of side lying

Come out with the answers for following questions. 1.Subluxation reason ? 2.Ranges and activity limitations ? 3.aggrevating and relieving factors of pain ? Only then we can be clear with treatment.
Next Steps
consult with an orthopedic surgeon, one of the non surgical treatment is trying for manipulation but considering all the above history and ruling out red flags. Try and visit a manual physiotherapist.
Health Tips
1.Avoid lying on the involved side ,flat lying facing roof can be preferred keeping hand over head in long lever can be attempted provided it should not disturb your symptoms. 2.Cryotherapy may help you. I will  prefer figure of 8 or shoulder sling only after correcting the position else it may lead to improper alignment of that joint.

Hello The reduction can be done non surgically by the help of figure of eight band or shoulder sling. The shoulder bending is because of imbalance in muscle due to either traumatic or atraumatic reason U need to get a MMT done for ur shoulder muscles and then work on weak muscle group.

First Step is to immobilise the affected side with a shoulder sling or figure of 8 bandage. I have few questions like when this happened and how it happened? Whether the injury is because of trauma or any arthritic problems?
Next Steps
You can give Cryotherapy ( ice therapy). Procedure: Take ice cubes roll it in towel or cloth apply it on the affected site. This should be done thrice a day for 10-15mins per session. This will help you to reduce swelling and pain.
Health Tips
You need to consult an Orthopedic surgeon for further evaluation and treatment as early as possible.
