Anterolisthesis gr1 L4-5 & Disc buldge
Does anterolisthesis grade 1 L4-L5 along with disc buldge can be cured naturally without surgery or can it be cured only by surgery. I mean does the L4 L5 vertebre will be altered back to its correct originial position( if we are exercising properly with less strenous
activites )or wil it proceed to grade 2,3 and 4 at last surgery.

Depends purely on the amount of pain and neurological involvement.
