Anti Rabies vaccine for a child
My puppy is 3 months old havent received any vaccines.. Here comes my 3 year old sister, who told us that she has a wound and that the puppy did it to her. We do not know if she was scratched by the puppy's nails or scratched by the puppy's tooth. I was wondering if it is safe to bring my sister to have an anti rabies injection. My mom is hesitant because she said that kind of vaccine is an active vaccine. Please help me and give me infos. Thank you so much!

There is no treatment for Rabies. If someone gets Rabies, chances of survival are very bleak. So take no chances. Get Rabies vaccination along with anti Rabies serum infiltration. PERIOD
