I am giving hhcefi 100 mg to my 3.7 yo son instead of cefixime 50 which was prescribed by the dr as I couldn't find the medicine..dr prescribed cefixime for one week and I am giving hhcefi from 3 days..is it enough or should I give the medication for one week as there is variation in mg??

Hi,
Give for 1 week and reduce the dose to half( if cefixime 50 prescribed is 5 ml then give hhcefi 100 mg 2.5 ml)
