Antrum lesions
Are antrum lesions related to gastric cancer. Does antrum lesions means risk of gastric cancer and also patient is suffering with pain above sternumC/O chest pain, obstruction in esophagus, low bp and patient faints suddenly. But ESR, ECG, CHEST X RAY, CBP, GRBS, ENDOSCOPY everything is normal what is the diagnosis?? And what more test should be done

Severe g g e r d is the diagnosis. A n t r a l l e s i o n can be due to gastric cancer require biopsy o r CT scan of abdomen.
