HIGH FIBROUS DIET.
PLENTY OF LIQUIDS.
TWO BOWL OF SALAD TWO-TIME A DAY BEFORE LUNCH AND DINNER.
LIGHT DIET WITH LEAST OIL AND SPICES.
XYLOCAIN GEL TO BE APPLIED LOCALLY INSIDE ANUS WITH FINGER ALL AROUND PROPERLY BEFORE STOOL.
AFTER DEFICATION WASH IT THAN APPLY LOCALLY OINTMENT PROCTOCEDIL BY FINGER AS MENTIONED ABOVE PROPERLY AFTER DEFICATION.
BOTH TWO-TIMES A DAY FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS OR TILL IT HEEL.
