Anus pain swelling

Hi dr. There is no. Mascle and skin tag,its get swell when passing hard stool, and became shrink skin, my mom said its not a piles,,, i have that skin shrink in my childhood, but swelling last 4 years... Pla suggests me what to do... ☹️

It's definitely haemorrhoid s with certain degree of mucosal prolapse too ... Requires a general surgeon or proctologist . MIPH or Open Hemorrhoidectomy as surgical options . Depending on the cost both have very good results .

Next Steps

take syrup.cremaffin 3tsp at night if passing hard stools or having constipation .
