I feel like I have an anxiety issue but I don't want to ask my parents to get me tested because I feel that they think I'm lying. I honestly do not know what to do and my anxiety is getting worse.

daily practice breathing exercise atleast for 15 mins.when ever you fell anxious pls sit take a paper and start putting on paper for what your feeling anxious and analyse that is there any need for it...so practice self counselling.
