Anxiety and Depression
Hi. I am a 23-year old mother of a child and I'm taking contraceptive pills to avoid pregnancy for almost 3 years now. What I have observed in the past few days is that I easily get irritated at lots of small things so I ended up feeling stressed and depressed to the point that I am scolding my son for small things that he's doing. What should I do?

It need not be due to contraceptive medications alone. You may be irritated because you are unhappy about yourself or something else.. Consult a psychologist for a better clarity.
