My Cousin is taking medication from a psychiatrist from two years and his problem is older than 5 years
His problem is anxiety and depression
He feel most of time sad bad mood
It is few relaxation from when he taking medicine from a psychiatrist

Hi thanks for Query, it depends on how intense the problem is, as you said medication is helping, he can take counselling and CBT session which will help him betterto recover faster. There is noting like exact time of recovery, please work on the cause for anxiety or depression. Help him to overcome the same,give emotional support, indulging in different activity, exposure to things he feels positive. You can approach to psychologist for counselling. Take care.
