Anxiety and Depression.
I am a B.Tech final year student. Lately i have been under a lot of stress and i think i am depressed. There is always a kind of fear inside me. Cannot sleep until i am very tired or drunk. I sweat while sleeping and i sometimes experience nightmares about my life. I cannot focus on things at all which makes me kinda irresponsible. Overthing goes on inside my brain and sometimes it feels that my brain will explode.
