Hi, no modality can be labelled as best or not best. All of them have their individual effects as well as side effects.
Whether to use homeopathy or allopathy for psychiatric disorders depends upon the severity and chronicity of the disease.
First get a detailed evaluation and diagnosis from a psychiatrist.. . And then decide. Also psychiatry uses predominantly allopathic medications. It's a speciality in itself.
Homeopathy does not cover psychiatric disorders in detail as per modern guidelines. It's effect is excellent though in many cases.
