Doctor Iam not able to control my anxiety and exictement.Iam getting continuous unwanted thoughts.These thoughts are not going from my mind.Do am I thinking wantedly or they are coming I don't understand.I think my over exictement and over happiness is causing thoughts.These thoughts never stop .Actually mind will forget unwanted thoughts.But why it is not happening with me
