Hi, I get extremely tense and anxious during formal meetings and presentations. In my mind I know that there isn't much to worry about but my body goes out of control. I sweat a lot, visit frequently to loo, have difficulty in breathing etc. How should I go about it?

Please locate & attend Toast Masters group meetings if possible. This will help you gain confidence. Alternatively you can google some exercises in increasing confidence and presentation skills
