Anxiety and heart problem
Hi doctors I have anxiety issue like when exam come or when there is some special events I get anxious a lot and it feels like something is flowing in heart and my HEART BEATS FASTER and I think it might have cause damage to my heart but I never had any symptoms so I wanted to know that can this anxiety cause sudden cardiac arrest or heart attack in longer term I am really worried about this plzz suggest

Hi, do some basic blood test and ecg to rule out organic problem and consult with a psychiatrist for anxiety. If no clinical problem and only anxiety means nothing to worry. you needs lifestyle modification, yoga and if needed medication as per psychiatrist advise.
