Hi Doc,
Everytime when I give an interview or presentation at office or get into a fight with someone. I will be very nervous like heartbeat runs very fast, hands shaking and change in voice modulation for 3 to 4 minutes , result of this my overall impression goes down and I can't achive my goals .
