Anxiety and panic attack
I have hypothyroidism since 1year i am fat and my hormones are imbalanced.. My TSH is 7.5 i went into depression i got anxiety.....how to get ride of it

Hypothyroidism is known to be associated with mood symptoms and anxiety symptoms. You should get your thyroid test done. And also consult a psychiatrist as depression is treatable.
