Anxiety and stress
I have anxiety and stress issues. I have had an echo and treadmill test in the last 15 days. It is normal. Have had pain in chest and abdomen due to gastric issues. BP and sugar are also normal. When I'm stressed there is mild pain in the chest. Should I be worried about the heart.

Once your echo and treadmill tests are normal , it means your heart is doing fine . Don't worry . Reduce stress - do exercise ; never smoke . Smoking can predispose to heart attacks in young individuals
