Anxiety Attacks
I recently suffered an anxiety attacknow and since then I don't feel normal.. it's like am detached from my body and I really need help so I can feel borax again.

U need to calm urself, do some meditation. Relaxation exercise like below: Lie down, close your eyes, take deep breaths, concentrate from head to toe. Do activities of ur liking like playing outdoor games, swimming, going out with friends. When u feel panicking, Sit back relax, take deep breaths, divert ur mind e.g. count backwards from 50 to 1.
Next Steps
if u have symptoms after doing above things, consult a Psychiatrist and get treatment.
