Hello practo user I can understand your concerns regarding your overall health and well being. As you have mentioned , stressful situations at workplace can be contributing to these distressing symptoms and you should address them at the earliest. You can try and practice deep breathing and meditation on a regular basis to calm your thoughts and get clarity about the situation . Go for regular exercise as it keeps you happy inside out . Try and talk to close family members or friends about these things and also spend quality time with them engaging in various activities of your choice . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for an in-depth understanding of your case and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through regular counseling sessions.
