Hi
Neet is a tough exam and a lot of students who are preparing for neet face similar problems..it is often the fear of failure that makes it so stressful rather than the studies itself... Take one day at a time..set realistic goals...and spend some time in exercise, meditation and to relax yourself
if you are feeling low most of the time, feeling hopeless, are unable to focus, feel tired all the time and Jane disturbed sleep and appetite these might be symptoms of depression and require further evaluation and Treatment.
