Anxiety Depression or tension (sadness)
Hi Doctor, 1 year back I suffered with depression but that time I consulted psychiatrist ,then he Prescribed (mirtaz 7.5 and Amazeo 50mg) tablets for 1 month I fully satisfied that treatment. But after 10 days or 15 days again came to some tension. Then I take tablets iam happy but it's again again came 10 or 15 days. So how to reduce my anxiety tension or sadness. Please tell me because of too much tablets taking I feel bad because of iam afraid of side effects. That's why I don't want to take tablets. Without tablets how can I reduce my problem. Please tell me some suggestions and technics.
