Hello practo user I can understand your concerns regarding your overall well being . It seems that there is some underlying stress which is aggravating these symptoms.  You can try and practice deep breathing and meditation on a regular basis which will help with the thoughts and keep you calm . Go for regular exercise for better physical health . Try and talk to close family members and friends and spend quality time engaged in various activities which can help elevate your mood . Maintain a healthy lifestyle . For your anger management try and practice backward counting from 100-1 , have a glass of cold water , try and leave the situation and practice better communication skills . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of your case and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through regular psychotherapy sessions. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.

Hi sir Must be a troubled state I can understand specially when you feel you are stuck and there is no way out. But there is a silver lining to it, apparently you seem to be suffering from anxiety disorder which is treatable. I would like to know 1. What triggers your anxiety? 2. Are you on medication or therapy? 3. How frequently you feel these attacks? 4. Does it come out of nowhere or in particular situation? I believe you should discuss your concerns in detail with a mental health professional to gain an insight about nature of problem and ways to overcome it through psychotheraputic techniques Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling Connect with me through practo Follow my Facebook page "juhi parashar -psychotherapist " for mental health issues All the best Seek help for early recovery
