Anxiety Disorder
I have been facing this for 3 years now. At early stage it looked normal because everyone fears something in their lives. But gradually my fear started growing. I started fearing every thing. I have started running away from every situation. Sometimes I get panic attacks in very normal situation like some discussion, interviews or presentations.

Hello dear, The description provided by you here is suggestive of a significant anxiety related clinical condition. However a detailed assessment will be required to understand the correlates of your condition and plan an appropriate management for you. Hence I would suggest that you please seek a consultation with a psychiatrist near you for comprehensive assessment and treatment. Medical, psychiatric, and psychological factors can cumulatively lead to such symptoms, and a assessment including some blood investigations, clinical interviews, and psychological tests may be required. Howsoever please be well assured that your condition can be helped with proper guidance and treatment.. A combination approach of medication and psychotherapy is usually well suited to such conditions, more can be said after a thorough evaluation. Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future. Regards Delhi Mind Clinic
