Anxiety disorder.
I have been suffering from anxiety from February I have taken few test months back such as ecg, 2g Doppler, few blood tests all were normal but when I go for brisk walk my chest pains and and causes gas in my stomach these problems never persisted before but now my whole thoughts are only on my chest and heart that it might have problem.
Please suggest if any test are required and what exercises should I do.
