I've been facing this anxiety issue for a long time. I get afraid of things easily that I have not faced before.I think about particular things that are going to happen in future.

Anxiety keeps you continuously worried and anxious and you keep going back in cycles of these emotions. Going to a therapist for anxiety treatment specially with CBT for anxiety would be helpful. Breaking the worry cycle will help.

Take a chart of worry tree from internet try filling it. But it's just a start I would recommend taking a complete CBT treatment of at least 8 sessions and follow ups.
