Anxiety issue
Doctor i feel anxiety rather too much anxiety in the morning whenever i get up for the office..i feel fyn when i reach office..until that i feel my heart beet running, puckish, breathing problem, short breaths, irritated, not feeling to talk to anyone,tensed...this happens just in the morning..

Hi dere, after reading about ur problem it seems u r obviously dealing not just with the physical symptoms but also with the psychological part of anxiety related disorder. Being a student and beyond dat as well, it is important dat u should be able to hold ur self up in stressful times. Anxiety problems gradually erode our capacity to handle stress, if not addressed properly. U require psychoherapy and some anti-anxiety medications ( for very brief period of time) so as to enable u to take charge of ur mornings...
