Psychiatric medicine must not stopped suddenly. Starting or stopping medicine only after dr's advice. To treat panic attack u take medicine ,it is good. But u have to learn how to deal worse situation in life. How to deal stress,anxiety... panic may any time come if u dont learn the healthy cope up procedures.
Next Steps
Consult psychologist immediately and take tteatment with proper seasons to learn those factors. Best wishesss.

Meet your doctor I would also suggest if you meet a clinical psychologist they would help you with psychotherapy which will help you better and make you feel more in control. Untill then you can try deep breathing and distraction.
