Hi
Sounds like you may be suffering from rage attacks. They are similar to panic attacks, and are usually fuelled by fear, but rather than exploding into panic, you explode into rage. They are also a sign that you may have been suppressing a lot of feelings over a long period of time. Could this be true? Do you have someone you trust that you can talk to about your feelings? Not just the anger, but whatever feelings underlie the anger. Thatâs what will help you in the long run. In the short run, to help you cope, Iâd recommend that you involve yourself in some type of strenuous physical activity, such as sports, exercise, running, swimming, weight lifting, etc. whatever you can do that attracts you. It will help your mind calm down if you are regularly working hard physically at something. Meditation would also help your mind calm down, but you may be too anxious to start with this. Start with the physical first, if you can, and then add meditation later.
For controlling Anxiety and Depression ....i am suggesting you some natural tips ..............
Get Enough Sleep
Anyone with anxiety knows that sleep and anxiety are part of a vicious cycle. High anxiety can disrupt sleep, and poor sleep can cause chronic anxiety.
Keeping a schedule is extremely important to getting enough sleep. Keeping this schedule can âprogramâ your body to go to bed at set times.
Additionally, the bedroom should be for sleeping only. Not watching tv, surfing the web, going on fb etc. makes it easier to fall asleep easier because your brain knows itâs time for sleep, and nothing else.
Increase Levels of Physical Activity
Increasing levels of physical activity has numerous positive benefits on the brain, sleep, and overall wellbeing. It increases the flow of neurotransmitters which allow you to feel calmer.
Some options to make this easier include working out with a friend, or joining a yoga or running club, and if you can exercise in nature, all the better!
Define Specific Anxiety Triggers and Take Small Steps to Combat Them
Being dismissive or overly general about anxiety hinders the beginning of the recovery process.
Anxiety is real, and it wonât go away if you try to ignore it soâ¦
Write it all down! Make a list of specific things that are causing your chronic anxiety and try to be specific.
