Anxiety Issues
I'm a college student, about to graduate in 5 months, I've been having anxiety attacks from the beginning of this academic year. My anxiety has taken over almost everything right now, I don't study, I don't sleep (or I sleep for really long durations, like 10-13 hours). I'm fighting with almost everyone, I'm inexcusably rude/mean at times. Pl help!
