I HAD HEART- POUNDING N DIZZINESS PROBLEM SUDDENLY doc said it is due to anxiety my BP was close to 150 but after 1 hour it came down to 106
However i sometime feel heart pulpitation when i suddenly lie down in bed but nvr felt dizziness this is 1st
