I m suffering from a year left side chest pain & headaches & shortness of breath & all time tired , hopelesss , worthless, feeling like dying , negative thoughts , weakness , leg shakes when panic attacks I can sleep in nights but only the day times I m getting feeling like this but I dont want any antidepressants

You could be suffering from Panic Disorder/ Anxiety disorder with depressive features. Treatment includes antipanic or anxiety medications plus cognitive behavior therapy.
