Anxiety or other physical illness?
For the past 30 days and more( since lockdown phase 1) , I have difficult in breathing through nose, specially inhaling time. I can breathe better with my mouth. But it's not always. It is mostly at times when my mind is not diverted. Also, feel heaviness on the chest at times with rising heart beat. I have also noticed a whizzing sound at times when taking breathe through nose. Cough is hardly once or twice a day. No fever. Have been having gastric issues. Bowel problem at night mainly. I have started to take Pan 40 for the past 1 week in the morning before Breakfast. However, my sleep is not disrupted due to this breathing issue. Have been doing exercises almost regularly and bodyscan meditation before sleeping at night.

Could be due to anxiety. But before diagnosing it as anxiety you should see a Chest Physician to rule out any medical issues like allergic bronchitis etc.

Your symptoms you have complained are not very specific,  it can occur both due to respiratory problems or as a result of anxiety and depression . Ideal thing would be to get in touch with a local doctor and have a physical examination if possible to rule out physical causes.  If that is not possible at least have a telephonic consult with a physician. To file out physical causes and then you seek psychiatric care
Next Steps
kindly opt for consultation with physician physically or through phone
