Anxiety Panic Balancing Problems
I am teacher from past 6 months I am diagonised for Anxiety which I am not taking tablets for vitmanin d3 was less so doctor prescribed uprise d3 which I took for 3 months and at that time i had bp also I started taking mukta vati now bp is normal but always I have a fear of going out feeling of taking bath going to office at I have fear that I am going pass out or fell down. whenever I g o out my tension starts and feeling nervous sometimes back headache.. always I have fear like something is going to happen to me.. a small pain making me lot of worries. I am married with 2 kids.. but feels lot of fear.. but don't no what to do.. but sleeping is k not a problem.. after getting through out the day I feel nervous.. I have fear..something is going to happen.. i did all the blood test ECG 2d echo everything normal except slight cholesteol...kindly suggest me how to proceed pls..

Hi Lot of symtoms you describe Are excess worry about your health and fear associated with symtoms. Worry about falling down/passing out Worry after small pain thinking of what it can be Worry about what s going to happen to you As said by you all investigations are normal still you are preoccupied with your health and get nervous . Thoughts r not going away or u not reassured.. Do you get thoughts that u have any serious illnesses after experiencing these symtoms? Headache backpain nervousness can be somatic symtoms needs to be evaluated after complete history.

From your symptoms it appears like you are suffering from Generalized Anxiety disorder. It needs to be treated. You need to consult a psychiatrist for medications. In the meantime you can do relaxation and breathing exercises to control anxiety. Try yoga and meditation
