Anxiety problem
Hi I am 3 Years married with 1 and half year girl baby. I had problems in my married life after 6 months itself. We both try to put each other down always. My husband has premature ejaculation problem and because of that we used to fight very always. I used to love him but I was not liking him on bed. Then to save my relation I compromised and decided to be happy with what I have. But for some or other reason we kept on fighting. Recently for job purpose I shifted to Bangalore and he is Hyderabad. Now he started for complaining all small small and past things. So once I got angry which not only affected my health but also I felt this is not the way. Then I decided not to fight with him & be calm on whatever he says. But now the situation has arise where whenever I see his call or msg My heart beat gets faster and I start getting heart pain. giddiness, breathing problem starts at least for 30 min. I visited normal doctor and everything is fine but I get it only when he calls or message.

Hi, it's understandable that when you enter into marriage both the partners are required to make compromises. But it is also important that partners have a healthy sexual relationship so that there is a vent for frustration as well. Clearly in your case you have compromised on things which were important to you and now you seemed to have reached a stage where letting go of your expectations and satisfactions isn't easy. You definitely need to get into counseling so that you can talk about your worries and frustrations at ease and in return you can learn a few coping strategies for your anxiety. After careful assessment it can be decided whether you require medications or not. Please contact a psychologist soon.
