Got ur pain n concern though it's unfortunate but maybe summer is culprit so relaxing shower will work better. Anxiousness and nervousness leads insecurity. Build Healthier habits of food exercise and learn playing new instrument or sport will engage ur mind into constructive things.

hello, CONSULT A COUNCILOR THROUGH PSYCHIATRIST. Sessions improve a lot in conjunction with Medicin by psychiatrist. A lot more is needed why u r insecure? That to in your home. Before going to bed take a shower that gives you relaxation. One cup or glass of hot milk is very good for good sleep. tab buspiron10 mg two times a day after foodfor five to seven days if u feel better u can continue. Ok.

check the night food time.. it should be 2 hrs. minimum before sleep. drink water along with food only. avoid water just before sleep. Night food should be light and devoid of curd or any milk products.
