Anxiety/stress related body fat gain
I have had anxiety/stress during this lockdown period. Due to this I have put on weight with body fat gain. I get tired easily while 10 mins workout. I can feel that my belly and thigh fat has increased. I get enough exercise and nutrition/food but still I don't see any changes.
