I'm 21 running female.im a medical student too.i have a a lot of stuff to study,but im unable to study..no one is loving me.no one is there for me.im tottaly alone.sitting in one room.I like to be alone now.in night i cannot sleep,crying like hell,getting angry,always im in trouble.waste of my life..im good for nothing.or I cannod do anything..im totally down.I dnt knw what to do.what happend to me..please help me..pls tell me what happend to me..

As u are a medical student then u know well that depression is treated with medicine and with counseling and psychotherapy. As early as possible consult a psychologist online or offline and take help. Fight with ur problems dont ran away.U have to be self confident and belief in urself.

for overall health 1.sleep 8 hrs at night. 2.avoid too much social media. 3.avoid too much use of mobile pc laptop. 4.avoid mobile pc 1hr before sleep. 5.before sleep may hear good music,or read a good book or  can watch a good movie. 6.workout daily or regular morning walk or join gym. 7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends. 8.Concentrate on ur work,study,passion, hobby. 9.Maintain proper diet. 10.Take proper protein supplement and some time multivitamines.

Hi dear can understand what ur going thru and the way ur expressing u have symptoms of depression so for ur own safety and wellbeing I will say meet any psychiatrist personally asap else it would get worsen also this is for ur own safety and wellbeing. Dr.Ankit Patel Psychiatrist Pune
