Anxiety with inadequate sleep
I haven't been sleeping properly for the past 1 month. I'm generally an early to sleep, early to rise person but even though I go to bed now, I don't sleep until it's 3/4am. My head always feels heavy and there's a headache almost all the time. I have been overthinking a lot and every little thing seems to be affecting me for the past few months. I have been having certain flashbacks. I get anxious a lot and I'm sad almost all the time as well. I cry for no reason but it goes up for hours. I don't know what is happening but everything seems to be affecting a lot.
