I am facing an issue in doing little little works which require control on hands such as texting, cropping the picture or reading small font letters. while doing works of these nature I suddenly feel the urge to pee, I get restless, I feel the strong urge to get up & leave the work.

With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits..good luck.
