I had Anal fissure (lateral sphincter) operation. Is there any chance of getting fissure problem back? If stool will be hard?

Yes there are chances where recurrence of fissure have been seen. Though after a proper surgery the chances of recurrence is less than 5%. Constipation should be avoided. Feel free to ask any further quarry related to this.
