Any endodontist here? Crack or fracture?
I am having right ear pain, jaw pain under the ear with swelling for a month. It hurts to touch under the ear. The upper and lower jaw is throbbing. I couldn't sleep. It hurts while lying down. It's very sore pain under the ear where the jaw ends and top of the neck. Swelling, pain is Same for a month. Dentist said I have a fractured in low first molar. Went to Endo, he said no fracture. Might have a small crack there in low first molar. And that tooth is very child sensitive. So Endo said I need RCT,crown. But he didn't check upper molars. Do I have any crack in upper molars? Dentist was not sure which tooth causing issue and why I have swelling on jaw end and hurts to touch under the ear. Whether my upper molars have any crack it fracture in this x-ray? Any inputs please.
