Any diagnosis and treatment plan need to be correlated with clinical examination and radiograph.  So to be sure if your tooth requires RCT, both need to be done. Although seeing your radiograph one of the tooth has radiolucency reaching pulp horn of the tooth indicative of your symptoms.
Next Steps
if you are still confused about going ahead with RCT, I would suggest you to try direct pulp capping ( base with filling) which can be done under LA.  later reviewed and followed up for next two weeks for symptoms of pain.  if pain still persists, then go with ahead with RCT.  otherwise you are happy to go with filling
Health Tips
too many opinions to a problem leads to hanged solution.  you and your symptoms are best judgement.  I have posted opinion in detail on your another query which you posted 3 days back.  you can check there also.  all the best. take care.

This seems to be a defect of temporomandibular joint and associated structures. Consult me online so as to assess the status of the joint and plan a treatment.
