Any hope for me or is it a loss cause?

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I’ve taken a total of 5 hpts that came out +, thru Sun- Wed i had taken 3(1 vfl $1 cheapie, 2 digital + ) I went to a nearby pregnancy clinic and showed up (-) for HGC, went home, got another(+) first response, my guess by using my app I was 3-4 wks, I left on Wed night for a road trip, and started bleeding clots and cramping around 4am, what are the chances I’m actually miscarrying a chemical pregnancy, or that my baby will be fine? I’ve been worried sick ever since I started bleeding. Help!!
