Any reason for concern?
18 year old male, scandinavian, 182cm and 90kg. No medication use. Lifts heavy weights "daily" (has been there for months): I have noticed when I stand up, I get very lightheaded and feel like I'm about to faint every time. Also, it feels like my head is about to explode, I feel my veins in the top too. I'm sitting at my computer often at my chair

Hello there, fainting can be due to low blood sugar level ,low HB or Improper blood supply to brain . High and continuous exposure to computer gives stress to eyes due to which it feels like about to explode.
Next Steps
Do CBC, Blood sugar test Maintain one hand distance from computer and blink 30-40 times a minute and take breaks in between. and do follow up with reports.
