Any thoughts? What could be the issue.

I have constant burning pain in lower jaw under ear, ear pain and burning neck pain for 5 months now. Went to ENT in June and he did nasopharyngoscopy to check my sinus. No infection in ear and sinus. He ordered me a ct sinus scan. I didn't do that yet. I went to the dentist after that. Then he suspected few tooth issues that's causing the pain. I did those treatment&still same symptoms.My symptoms got worse.I started hearing ringing sound in that ear. Hearing some soft humming music sound in ear when lying down when ac or fan is on. It will be there for few mins and disappear. And I have sore pain on one spot of the head above the ear and it hurts to touch and feel some mild pressure. My neck ,throat is so tight and stiff. small lump in neck. Constant feel of something stuck in throat. My dentist now telling me to see tmj specialist to check if it's TMJ or eagles syndrome or neuralgia. Taken neck soft tissues USG and no abnormalities found. How to proceed further? Any thoughts Dr?
