Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily.
Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
Avoid bending in front.

There is not a complete cure for ankylosing spondylitis. It is an degenerative disease.
If you will not exercise it will get worsen. So exercise is must. Very important
