Any type of hernia
Can deficiency of vitamin b12 cause hernia in the groin region? I am having low rbc count and vit b12 deficiency like symptoms and feeling little pressure in area around penis and also some liquidity in scrotum with lump in-between groin and thigh region that reduced when i reduced the stress of underwear lining. Can fulfilling of vit b12 deficiency result in improvement in condition?

You can consult a surgeon near you. To diagnose hernia. It can be due to variety of causes. Vitamin deficiency can sometimes predispose existing weakness in the groin leading to hernia.

Vit B12 deficiency is not related to hernia. Please visit a general Surgeon for swelling in the groin.
